[Investigating] Lyons Commercial Data is aware of a system outage with our primary provider for Account Verification services. While we are currently working diligently with the solution provider to restore service, we do not currently have an ETA for system restoration.
In order to maintain availability, we have moved to our alternative provider. This solution is provided through an "offline" access. The impact is that your service will be scored on stored information verse real time. The stored information is current and reliable.
The current system outage has impacted all online authorization providers in the US banking networks.
